Strive Hive is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals who have faced some of life’s most challenging circumstances.

Many men and woman who experience homelessness, addiction, or have been recently released from incarceration often feel they have no viable path to reintegrate into society and rebuild their lives.

Our program strives to create an environment which brings self-sufficiency and recovery to all that participate and promotes services maximizing our men and woman’s dignity and self-determination.

Through our work, we help participants THRIVE within the safety and community of our HIVE, offering opportunities for personal growth and transformation.

Strive Hive officially launched in Indio, California, with a mission to provide training, mentorship, and hands-on support to individuals striving for a fresh start. The founders, William Gardner and Andrew Coleman assembled a team of dedicated professionals who share their passion for transformation, selecting participants who were ready to turn their lives around. Today, those first participants have not only gained stability—they’ve become mentors themselves, helping others take their first steps toward a brighter future.

As we continue to grow, we are actively enhancing our program and will update the website to keep all of our financial partners informed about the progress of Strive Hive and the impact of our 2025 season.
